We all live in a fast paced and stressful world. When you come to the mountains it is to get away and retreat into your paradise of relaxation. At Double Diamond Home Care we take pride in ensuring that your visit is "Care Free". That means we take care of all of the dirty work and mundane tasks so you can simply slip into that relaxing mountain mode and just slip out when it is time to leave.

Whether you are renting out your retreat for some extra income, or showing your appreciation for friends and family by allowing them to enjoy your wonderful retreat; Double Diamond Home Care allows you to relax knowing we are here to make their visit spectacular without the high priced property management fees.

Personal Visits

Prior to arrival:

Touch up cleaning/inspection
Ensure that there is plenty of stacked indoor firewood and the fire is ready to be lit
Turn on the heat or open some windows to let that clean mountain air indoors
Turn on the water, inspect all plumbing fixtures for proper operation
Turn on utilities to all appliances
Emergency Point of Contact

Departure:

Turn off the water and heat (if necessary)
Turn off utilities to appliances
Secure the entire premises

Guests/Rentals
Additional Activities

During the visit:

Confirm visit with owners and guests
Check in guests/renters and provide instructions for proper home care and use
Provide keys
Point of Contact for all needs and issues

Departure:

Collect keys
Inspect for any damage

The last thing you want to have to deal with from far away while someone else is enjoying your mountain home is problems. We are here to take care of everything from plugged toilets, heater not operating, running out of firewood, cable/satellite/internet access not working, or the multitude of other things that seem to go wrong when guests are visiting.
