What makes us different from our competitors?

If you do a little investigating you will find that most vacation rental support companies actually only do a few of the services they offer and either subcontract or coordinate most of their advertised services.

At Double Diamond Home Care we are exactly the opposite. We handle almost everything with our internal staff. We are a licensed general contractor, experienced with residential and commercial. In fact, our commercial division FM1 boasts large complexes owned or managed by Real Estate Investment Trusts and Home Owner Associations throughout the central valley among its clients.

While Double Diamond Home Care was designed in the same mold as our commercial line of business, you can be assured that with our owners permanently living in the North Lake Tahoe area; personal attention to detail is of utmost importance.
